IT DOESN’T MATTER

It doesn’t really matter! Think about it, obstacles are great ways to learn valuable life lessons. As Grant Trevithick explains there really is no need to hold on to the past or fear the future. People are always going to have opinions, but if you really want to be successful in the Real Estate Investing world you need to let some things go. You are in charge of how you feel about yourself and the quicker you are able to get back into that state of awareness the faster you can get over those humps. As Grant Trevithick has explained it is really not worth the extra sleep you may loose thinking about mistakes. It is only valuable if you learn the lesson from it. Did you make a bad real estate purchase? Good, what did you learn from it? Did you accidentally add the numbers wrong? Great, what can you do better next time? Did the person you offer the home to say no, based upon some characteristic of yourself? Awesome, how can you move forward?! These are all lessons we can take into consideration when it comes to dealing with investing in general.
